financial sector/ banking/ FX will be considered an advantage
- University Degree within the
business field is preferable
- Must be CONFIDENT in
face-to-face sales meetings/events
- Strong oral and written
communication skills, as well as presentation skills

initiative, expand business and generate sales leads

MAIN JOB
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
·
Independently provide appropriate general Company
information about products and services
·
Identify, research, and resolve customer complaints.
Log and escalate complaints on CRM platform
·
Answer “Request for Calls” received by email, and be
available for Online Chat
·
Use existing databases to retrieve and reply to proposal
requests, and solicit new accounts
·
Develop prospects from existing non-active customers and
referral leads; maintain a log file for all sales queries
·
Coordinate with Marketing department on the administration
of marketing campaigns, promotional activities and trade shows
·
Keep up-to-date with the financial markets and factors that
influence them
·
Introduce new business by participating in expos, trading
events and seminars/webinars
·
Support clients with questions regarding trading, funding
procedures, and technical issues.
·
Explain to clients the Company's trading systems
